Description:
The 2010 survey instrument was divided into five sections. The first three sections focused on physical, emotional, and practical concerns in the post-treatment survivorship period and therefore were intended only for post-treatment cancer survivors. The two remaining sections included questions for anyone affected by cancer and included items focused on a variety of issues including cancer-related information seeking and engagement in cancer-related advocacy activities.
