Definition of Construct:
This measure evaluates participants' fears about the possibility of breast cancer recurrence. This construct is important for quality of life. Four items address frequency, consistency, intensity, and potential for upset caused by concern about breast cancer recurrence (Vickberg, SM. The Concerns About Recurrence Scale (CARS): a systematic measure of women's fears about the possibility of breast cancer recurrence. Ann Behav Med. 2003 Winter;25(1):16-24).

Since 'Concerns about Recurrence' speaks specifically to recurrence of breast cancer, the construct should be worded to say that (ie Concerns about Breast Cancer Recurrence).
